that in 2006! I have converted Caverns 21 to 25 of Flash Manic Miner
to a JSW64:Z game, by taking a screenshot of each new room as I
reached it, and writing the corresponding JSW64 room using JSWED.
I saw in the year 2007 by writing Cavern 25, and was about to ask
Matthew Gordon for permission to beta-release my work so far, but
with an endless series of tennis- and then work-distractions, I never
got around to it. I even considered including JSW64: Flash MM as a
bonus in JSW64MM: James Bond, but I didn't want to tie its release-
criteria to the Bond-films.
I finally got around to sending that delicate email to Matthew Gordon
this month, and I now have his permission to present JSW64: Flash
Manic Miner (v0.25) to this Group.

are based on the original Manic Miner caverns, with extra items,
guardians, and minor changes to the cell-layout.
I have yet to get past Cavern 25 in the online Flash MM
<http://www.darnkitty.com/manic/>, but I have done so in my JSW64
conversion.

against it, which you have to do to pass Cavern 21. In JSW:Flash MM,
I simulate this using an invisible Ramp-cell.

stores its items in each room, with space for five items in Offsets
629 to 653. The solution that springs to mind would be to implement a
separate item-table like JSW has, and reuse John Elliott's patch to
flag all a room's items as uncollected when you lose a life.

He posted here as recently as Message 5199.
