To answer Edward's question from 12.5 years ago ;-): not quite yet, but it will be coming to the Chronology page at http://www.jswcentral.org soon. There should be exact dates of beta and gamma releases of most games after 2000; the 1980s games are more tricky to pinpoint exactly.
After the Chronology page goes online I will ask all of you for your help by supplying any missing details, of course.
Interestingly, some games have never been "released", I think. Leslie Marwick's 1985 "Spaceman Willy", for example. I have the exact date when it appeared on TZX Vault (which I will mention in Chronology), but that wasn't a release, just the first public appearance on internet, I would say. WAS there ever a release back in 1985? Only Leslie Marwick would know...
