An alternative, and more difficult challenge, would be to have a room in which you have to cross from one side to the other without triggering the Rope-Teleport Bug!  (With the room beyond the exit at the far side of the room only being accessible by crossing the room in which the bug takes place.)  If you got teleported to the room above, you'd have to go back down and start all over again!
