It looks like there's an "l" missing at the end of the link (i.e. it's a .html file, not .htm). The correct link is http://www.jdawiseman.com/papers/games/jsw2/jsw2_updated.html
It's well worth looking at the parent page, i.e. http://www.jdawiseman.com/papers/games/jsw2/jsw2_index.html, as well. Lots of tips and useful info about JSWII there.
I'll definitely give this new version a run when I get back tonight.
