Subject: Re: jsw remakes / also (gawp)
<* the divider bar (graphic from the bathroom in
jsw) should be used to seperate articles, for example,
the authors and the games, to make a clearer
display.>
Good idea - pretty much what I was getting around to
:)
<* the new 'jsw remakes' logo should go at the *top*
instead of the kids-font writing saying 'jsw remakes'
:)>
Already done on my home server - so this should be in
place with the next upload. :)
<* (1) some
background text explaining the state of emulation and it's
role in the jsw editing scene, and (2)some
reommendations for good emulators. (my personal recommendation
is zx32 for playing games)>
(1)yep, any
opinions gratefully recieved. Think of this site as a
newspaper - and we can all contribute! (2)Another good
idea. I also use zx32, so if anyone out there has 'owt
to say about any others, then please post it up or
drop me an email...
gates' to the site do not seem to be open (on the main
emu unlim page). do you know when he will open
it?>
'The Fox' (as he is known) said he intends to open
'remakes' along with Arsen's 'JSW-ult.Fan page'. So I
suppose we have to wait until then (don't know when)
:(
to lift any of the pics from my site or my yahoo!
profile.>
I was gonna ask you that ! Ta - I will. I hope to
do a 'cartoon' of us all, if I can get enough pics
to work with. BTW soa, I'm working on your logo!!
;)
do you intend to have?>
I have paper designs
for 10 so far - (the 9 planets, plus some 'space
debris'). Mercury CAN be the first level. Remember what you
have on the photos page is 'Mercury part 1'. Meracury
should be the easiest 'area', subsequent ones getting
harder. But you can do some in any order -eg the
teleporter in the Voyager ship will take you to sveral
different locations, and others can only be reached from
elsewhere.
I've been a bit of a git actually, as the 'Loki - God
of Mischief' screen is purposely the 'old' version.
Pretty much the same look, except you can't see the
'lever'. Loki is afterall , a God of MISCHIEF ! The
'promised land' bit CAN be reached in the up to date
version - but not as it seems (?), and will lead you to
Mercury part 2. Don't want to give too much away
really... Each area will be roughly 8 to 25 screens large
(at current plan).
