Multimachine (can't remember the URL) will run it in CPC6128+
mode or failing that WinAPE

At the moment it's all done
with ASM scripts and a utility for converting Speccy
MM snapshots. So it isn't the easiest thing in the
world to edit. However I plan to get something
(possibly Windoze based) available soonish, probably once
I'm positive I won't make any last further
modifications to the file format.
