Jon,
I use Yahoo Geocities. It's free, and you
get 15mbits of webspace, and they provide a pretty
decent online page builder for quick editing.
You can
easily import files and pre-designed pages with their
web file manager.
As you already have a Yahoo ID,
it shouldn't be too
tricky.
