My pleasure! :-)

Well I
haven't read any of those, but I have seen the movies of
Carrie, The Shining, and Misery, and have read Misery (I
want to read the other two in the future).

I
love the ending of Carrie - the dream where that girl
visits the grave, on which someone had scribbled "Carrie
White burns in Hell", and then this arm suddenly
appears from under the rubble and grabs her! I might
expand on this dream for Goodnite Luddite, substituting
Kari for Carrie! :-)

I also had the idea of
doing a postmodern-ironic game where an obsessed fan of
the Kari Krisnkov series, frustrated when I
discontinue the series, captures me and forces me to write a
new KK game! The problem is, I'm not sure how I could
avoid it turning into a cheap take on Misery, but I may
still consider it as a possible sequel to Goodnite
Luddite, to complete a Kari Krisnkov triptych.

I
think The Shining would make for a great JSW tribute
game (although I probably wouldn't be the man for the
job myself). The Overlook Hotel would map to a JSW
mansion extremely well. Also, Willy's Afterlife uses the
tune from the beginning of The Shining as its in-game
tune, and the tune was also used at the funeral in The
Devils, and was the tune of an ice-cream van in The
League of Gentlemen! :-)
