Yes! I remember a boy telling me about it at primary school (can't
remember when exactly, but I left primary school in 1987). He said
"Have you {got/heard of} Jet Set Dick? It's the same as Jet Set Willy!"

So, I came up with a character called Jet Set Dick for Party Willy - a
cyan version of Willy...

Party Willy is another rumoured game from my primary-school days, so I
decided to make it a reality! ;-) It was supposedly about Willy having
to make his way home from a party, and something about crossing
railway-lines... probably confused with the VIC-20 game Perils Of Willy.
