I am very sad to hear that.
I had similar happenings with my c64 datassette. :(
Let's hope somebody with a good soul will donate a new Speccy for
Andrew. (I would if a had one) :(
Well, I think your only chose besides that is Ebay or garage sales.
Somebody could also rescue those tapes with special hardware?
