I haven't done a full playtest of PWp2 yet (still 19 rooms need
editing for guardians), but I believe the general level of
difficulty is roughly the same as PWp1.

The big difference is that whereas PWp1 is very linear, the
geography of PWp2 is much more branching and less constrained.

Goodnite Luddite took me 9 JSW-hours to play to completion. PWp1
took me only 4 JSW-hours. Party Willy is much easier (in terms of
the average room) than Goodnite Luddite, and definitely much easier
than Ma jolie.

Reaching the room above "La Maison de Jet Set Dick" is one of the
hardest challenges in PWp1, and since it comes right at the start,
it separates the times you're playing it seriously from the times
you just want to go left and explore.

"Prospecting down Surbiton Way" is an exercise in quirky features.
In terms of exiting to the left, the key move is to stand above "ng"
and jump left - from one step further back than you might think
possible.

There's also a room below "Prospecting down Surbiton Way" for those
who know to jump over a static nasty and land *inside* an adjacent
platform.


It's easier to get past the first few rooms of PWp2 (depending on
whether you go left, up or right from the room formerly known
as "Ballroom East")...

... but the last few rooms of PWp2 (to get to the equivalent
of "Master Bedroom" when you've got all the items) are brick-hard.
