Always a good start!

That's in the original too. Most of the movement routines are lifted
from the disassembly - bugs like this are quite annoying... but
little changes here and there tend to break some of the rooms. I
haven't tried it but if the same room was in the original Manic
Miner then Willy would also fall into the wall block.

Hmm, could be several things. Doing anything in a browser with images
is plagued by caching/lack of caching problems. Massive waits are
caused if each block has to be dragged from the web server every time
(results in the page being drawn block-by-block); annoying but
reasonable waits happen when each block is pulled from the browser's
disk cache (IE usually displays the hourglass cursor when this
happens). Slow hardware doesn't help, although development was done
on my ye olde year 2000 PowerBook (ground even more to a halt with
OS X and Mac Mozilla) but it's pretty instant on that.

Looking at my server logs only one machine appeared to be pulling
each image repeatedly, the rest seem to be behaving, and that was
yesterday at 17:09.

Thanks!

Carl.
