Bug in the migrator - it wasn't zeroing out bit 7 of item locations.

Adjusted in the migrator - if ramp and water have the same
attribute, it now migrates as ramp rather than water.

Fixed in the migrator.

I've uploaded a new JSW64 pack, known as Release Candidate 1. This
should correct the problems you found; it also populates rooms 47, 61,
62 and 63, using them to tie up the loose ends mentioned in message
4425. In addition, you should be able to load it in JSWED 2.2.x.
