Most emulators can write TAP files, so that anything the Spectrum
program saves gets written to a TAP file. Then you can use the
taptools from http://www.seasip.demon.co.uk/ZX/unix.html (in
particular, tapsplit) to convert to the +3DOS format used by JSWED.
