This and Andrew's extended memory manager would require something

new in the world of JSW editing - a file external to the JSW game
containing byte-by-byte information about what goes where. Plus
patches would have to be supplied as something more sophisticated than
simple hex dumps - say Microsoft .REL format, with the absolute
segment holding areas with fixed addresses and the code/data segments
holding relocatable code or data.
