Subject: Jet Set Willy PC conversions

> The original engines (including the 64 variant) are just fine.

In my opinion, they have shortcomings in configurability and memory
space. This is especially true with JSW2 engine, which uses some kind
of compressed coding of room data (to allow some 130 rooms in Speccy).
Another problem is that when fiddling with Z80 assembler (Geoff mode),
it is very easy to make severe bugs with "patch vectors" unless one is
really professional like GE himself.

It is possible to make such PC-conversions that have the look and feel
quite near the original but easily extend so that there are hundreds
or even thousands of rooms instead of just 64. I do, however, dislike
the idea of "3D jetsetwillys" and "3d manicminers". IMO, it is ok to
make 3D games, but it is very inappropriate to use names "Jet Set
Willy" or "Manic Miner" in them.
