Subject: My stuff and other bits and bobs

Firstly thanks Igor and Herve for the praise about Bizarre, it is
most unexpected. However the rooms you say you like I did actually
take my time with. It's when you get nearer the end of the game it
becomes apparent that I'd lost interest. Which I will admit is a
shame because this game could have been something better, but I just
got so sick of it. I think it was the large time gaps between working
on it that did it, I had so many newer and better ideas that it just
became a chore rather than something I was enjoying. However I will
admit that even though the last 12 screens or so are a little sketchy
it still took me a few hours to put them all together.

Anyway regarding the swearing in my games. I suppose it's just part
of my free expression. I do these days try to minimise it but some
rooms just seem right with an expletive or 2 in the titles. I always
put warnings at the top of my readmes if the game contains any swears
or anything suggestive or violent.

The F.I.T. for instance has the *F* word in the title but was born
out of frustration. That whole trilogy was made in the spare time I
had while I was offline (the truth being My internet wasn't
actually "Fucked" I just couldn't afford to pay for my connection).

The down and out trilogy contains swears due to the fact that Willy
is pretty much a criminal.......Now how many of those do you know
that don't swear LOL.

I think I've made a few games without any swearing but I'm not sure?

Anyway thanks for the kind words, I'm off to download the new version
of JSWED. After I've got Geordies Ale Adventure.

P.S. The SE of "The DrUnKeN mAsTeR!!!" is coming along nicely, The
christmas deadline actually seems realistic for a change. As I'm not
makning too many drastic changes to the original rooms. Also I can
actually finish this game how I really wanted to now, that's why I'm
including the original and the 48K SE demo as a box set. Partially
because I still never really viewed the finished 48K original as
finished. There was so much more I wanted to do with this game but
ran out of rooms, also I needed more block types but had to make do
with what was available at the time.

Cheers

DrUnKeN mAsTeR!!!
