Subject: 2 days worth of post

Bits of this post were written yesterday since my computer is now so
unstable I have to pre write my posts in case it crashes while I'm
trying to send it. Hence the fact I didn't send this yesterday (as it
crashed about 400 times).

Hello everyone! I had a really crap night at work last night, even
though due to sneaky measures I managed to escape at 5am (however the
boss is probably ganna dock me wages and give is a reet bollocking
the'morrow neet). Anyway this morning when I got in I sat and I typed
up the story for the new game I mentioned the title will actually
be "You Robot!" and having designed the first room I'm going to draw
the title screen before I get too deep into it. Once I've done that
I'm gonna copy it and split the game into 2 JSW 64 version ] files,
but I'm gonna do something I've been wanting to do for a while and I
know nobody else has. I will say for the benefit of Andrews site
although 2 files it will only be 1 game. The first file will be
optional and you can bypass it entirely to play the main game if you
wish to do so. But as I plan this game doing so will half the
enjoyment (or at least reduce it by 25%). I will keep quiet about
this until I have finished "The Man Who Sold the World" (which has
progressed at my coined phrase, block a day rate since I started the
SE of JSW:TDm). The thing that surprised me was although simply
written the depth of the story to my new game makes me think priority
release. I read it back to myself (in my head of course) once I'd
finished writing it, and thought to myself I'd better write the best
game ever to go with this story. It's so deep I may read it again
before I post this just to make sure LOL.

Also I may experiment with some patches for this game, it's about
time I took another step forward in JSW design. Everyones fiddling
with the game so much I'm in danger of being left behind.

Anyway a few more things:

JSW:TDm SE is BETA finished all rooms redrawn from scratch into
(Vanilla) JSW 64 version V, and some of the new rooms (from original
release time) have been improved graphically or design wise as I've
been drawing them. The ones which have not been improved are drawn
exactly as they were in the original release. For the benefit of
Daniel and a few others I have added new sections to the readme
namely "List of original/slightly altered rooms (previously
unmentioned)" and "Deleted/Replaced rooms and Oddities". These will
specifically contain the rooms which even graphically different play
exactly the same basically the ones I didn't think were worth a
mention in the original readme). I noticed though some rooms I didn't
mention in the original release were changed to the point of being
new rooms, oh well).

No problem, and cheers for looking at Bizarre for me, I've pretty much
washed my hands of it now. I'll never remove it from my personal JSW
folder as it is still one of my games. But once again I'm just
surprised it received such positive feedback, I was expecting it to be
my first official flop.

Oh god no more please :)

Also to Daniel:

Have you actually got a working website up yet? or are you still
designing it? As I've never actually looked for it, and I won't
at the min just in case.

and finally to John Elliot:

How do you actually use the music feature in the current version of
JSWED? Everytime I try importing a tune no matter which version of JSW
I'm using it keeps telling me it's too big. I've even tryed exporting
it from one game saving it then importing it back into the game I want
it in. But it's still too big, do I have to allocate memory for it,
and if so which pages? I could probably work it out eventually but
it's quicker (or lazier LOL, at least I'm honest) to ask you.

Well I'm off to put even more finishing touches to JSW: The DrUnKeN
mAsTeR!!! and hopefully it'll be a half decent play, and technically I
still have almost 3 weeks to finish it. I really want to finish it so
I can get back to making better games basically.

Cheers

DrUnKeN mAsTeR!!!
