No; music has its own pages outside the normal memory map. Unless

you're trying to export the title screen tune and then import it as
one of the other two[*], I don't see how a tune exported from a game
could be too big.
[*] There's one other possibility: An in-game tune that's 255 or 256
bytes long can't be imported as a cheat mode tune.
