Subject: RZX walkthroughs of Daniel's and other games
So here it is - the ultimate spoiler! To complement the release
package, I have just uploaded an RZX walkthrough of "Willy's Hoard"
to my folder ("Daniel Gromann") of the Files section (503 Kb). It was
done using the Rollback feature of the SPIN emulator, so it features
a flawless performance :-) .
I will remove the file from the Files section after I have updated my
JSW website (kindly hosted by Xabier Vazquez) in a few weeks' time so
that it has a page devoted to "Willy's Hoard", with visible links for
download.
While I was at it, I discovered that the RZX Archive
(http://www.rzxarchive.co.uk) has got walkthroughs of my previous
efforts "Willy's New Mansion" and "JSW: The 2005 Megamix" (co-
authored by Paul Equinox Collins and several other people, please see
the text file for details), both filed properly under "J", recorded
by Robin Clive. I was thrilled to discover them :-). The Archive also
features RZX files of four other JSW games and 8 MM games.
RZX walkthroughs, especially done using the Rollback feature (thanks,
Dunny!), are really amazing. I feel that a day is not very distant
when all of the released MM and JSW remakes will have been recorded
and we will be able to watch them to our hearts' content. That's why
I think it's so important that there exist final, completable
versions of all games - what fun is there in making a recording of a
game which cannot be completed?
Daniel
