Several things to various people (and everyone):

1. To Sendy:

It is great news that "Manic Person" may finally be gamma-released so
soon! :-) I will be more than happy to do a complete playtest of the
game (and also revise the documentation) before you release it, and I
will do it quickly so as not to postpone the release date.

2. To Dan Richardson:

It is good to know you are still around and interested in the
subject. I never e-mailed you or anything, but there was a time I
played your PC remake of JSW2 a lot :-) (it actually rekindled my
interest in JSW, which later on concentrated on the Spectrum remakes).

Is there any chance you will finish "Demons"? (according to Andrew
Broad's information, on 20th October 2004 you said the game was "very
near completion") :-)

3. To DrUnKeN mAsTeR:

You mentioned in your previous posts, in relation to the Special
Edition of Lee Tatlock's "Willy vs. The Vampire Lord", that you had
pointed to the problems in the original edition in your old posts. In
my recent posts and in the text file accompanying the SE I only gave
credit to Andrew Broad for mentioning the problems.

So in order to give pertinent credit to everyone, I should now say
that:

- Edward Martland (as soa1000) was the first one to mention some
problems with the original edition in his message # 2281.

- Philip Bee made the most comprehensive analysis of the existing
problems in his message # 2315.

- Andrew Broad mentioned the problems in his message # 2643.

- The DrUnKeN mAsTeR mentioned the existing problems in his message #
2979.

By the way, I would like to thank Edward again for sending me his
offline archive of the Club posts :-) . I used it to retrieve the
above information, and I will use it many times again while preparing
my future comprehensive MM/JSW Website ("Miner Willy Central", as it
will probably be called).

4. To Andrew Broad

In the title of the DrUnKeN mAsTeR's game "Fantasy World WillY", the
last "Y" is capital. DM has recently told me that he had applied this
spelling on purpose. Since you are careful to reflect the authors'
intentions faithfully, including the names of the games, perhaps you
could take this into account when next updating your list of MM/JSW
games?

Good luck with your "lengthy catching-up process"! What a good thing
the 2006 tennis season is almost over! :-)

5. To Everyone

I just realised there is an error in my text file
accompanying "Willy's Hoard". In point VII.1, while discussing the
application of J. G. Harston's extension which allows the JSW48 game
engine to use 7-bit room numbers (instead of 6-bit ones), I say that
I changed the value of the address #8915 to "FF". It should be "EE",
of course. Please, forgive me the imperfection :-) . I may re-release
the game with the corrected text file at some future point.
