I just managed to replicate this bug by editing a copy of JSW128 v0.04 Hacklevel 7 in JSWED v2.3.2. I added two teleporters to "The Bathroom", LEFT-clicked the first that I added, selected "Delete teleporter" from the context-menu, but it was the second teleporter that got deleted.

Thinking that the bug might be JSW128-specific, I also tested on the JSW64:V variant of Advanced MM/JSW Trainer, and managed to replicate it there too.

I also tested it on JSW: The Lord Of The Rings (a 48K JSW game with the teleporter-extension loaded), and sure enough, I managed to replicate the bug for that too!
