Subject: UK TV-alert: Manic Miner on BBC 4
As I was tuning into BBC 4 to record a documentary about Kit Williams (author of Masquerade, of which I may write a JSW64:MM game one day),
I noticed some footage of Manic Miner ("Central Cavern") in a trailer for an upcoming programme called Games Britannia.
Games Britannia is a three-part series about popular games in Britain from the Iron Age to the Information Age. Part 1 (Monday 7th December, 21:00 - 22:00, BBC 4) covers the 1st century to the Victorian era, so presumably Manic Miner might appear in either Part 2 or Part 3
(the dates of which have yet to be published AFAIK).
