No, "Transportation Module Entrance". Hyphenate if the first word
is adverbially modifying the second word as a verb in the past
tense.

No, you hyphenate when using a noun to adverbify an adverbial verb
- ie a past tense verb. "Fuel", if a verb, is present tense not
past tense. It's either "Liquid-Fuelled" or "Liquid Fuel". In this
instance, it's "Liquid Fuel Tank", as it's a tank that contains
fuel in its liquid form. "Liquid-Fuelled Tank" would be a tank
that's fuelled (ie, powered) by liquid.

Ditto, and consistancy. Cllr Smith. Mr Jones. Dr Who.

Except it's a scientific name, first part is init-caps, second part
is init-lowercase. "We sampled Brassica oleracea, Agaricus avensis
and Solanum tuborosum."

and if you make it "Lettre du Spectrumania, Paris" you get your
punctuation back.
