No, you hyphenate when using a noun to adverbify an adverbial verb
- ie a past tense verb. "Fuel", if a verb, is present tense not
past tense. It's either "Liquid-Fuelled" or "Liquid Fuel". In this
instance, it's "Liquid Fuel Tank", as it's a tank that contains
fuel in its liquid form. "Liquid-Fuelled Tank" would be a tank
that's fuelled (ie, powered) by liquid.

The Americans say that you should write "Mr.", because it is an
abbreviation. The Britons say that you should write "Mr", because the abbreviation

Except it's a scientific name, first part is init-caps, second part
