Everything you have will be subject to copyright.
Copyright gives the copyright holder absolute right to decide how
and whether the item is copied. No more than that. Being copyrighted
does *not* mean it is forbidden to copy it, it means that the
copyright holder has the right to decide how it is copied. The
copyright holder may give complete blanket permission to copy, as
I do with all my work.
An item may be copied without permission for fair use, study, critical
review and archiving. What you are doing is archiving. If the copyright
holder complains about you having a copy of their work without their
permission, ask them where their work is available so that you can
replace your copy with a link to the available copy. Otherwise, keep
the copy available on your own site.
