That sounds like the variant of Jet Set Willy that was released on the They Sold a Million compilation, which has a SpeedLock loader, the four official Software Projects POKEs applied, and the in-game music from Manic Miner (i.e. "In the Hall of the Mountain King" rather than "If I Were a Rich Man").

Matthew Smith said that the copyright-owners of "If I Were a Rich Man" demanded payment for the use of their tune, so he replaced it with "In the Hall of the Mountain King", the copyright of which has expired.
