That sounds about right.

I put photos on my very-very-work-in-progress MM/JSW website:
http://www.retroreview.com/iang/ManicMiner/ - it's under Manic
Miner/Sinclair Spectrum (obviously!).
I'm wondering if given the lower quality of the printing it's part of the
very end of the production run when Software Projects were in trouble and
were cutting costs. The cassette doesn't have any of the watermarking SP
tapes normally have, and it's black. I don't _think_ it's a pirate copy
but you can never be quite sure!

I'd be interested to hear of any other fixed copies which look like this!
