Hi jetsetdanny. I actually have a few days off next week... I´ll see if I can squeeze in some playtesting, and figure out the old memory addresses for lives and item-count. I think I scrapped the old counter and wrote my own to solve some kind of problem... (A few years ago now... I guess the majority of manic miner-homebrews are getting close to being labeled vintage as well as the original...) Igor: Don´t think there´s an osx version of JSWED, but maybe Wine or CrossOver Mac can do the job? (Of course Parallels or VMware fusion will do the job, but it seems kind of overkill to run windows on top of osx to be able to run JSWED...) Haven´t done much jsw-related stuff lately, but I am working on a mobile game (hoping to get rich and famous) and will certainly put in a few manic miner homages...
