...and for the challenge to work, the Rope would have to be somehow beyond the reach of Willy if he did a Superjump without launching off the Trampoline cell. So it would probably require quite a short Rope.
Also, the room's Up Exit should be set to another room (even though in reality that exit would be blocked by the Inkless Fire cells) - otherwise Willy will fall off the bottom end of the Rope (thus terminating the Continuous Superjump) as soon as he touches any of the upper segments whilst he's jumping sideways (i.e. if the length of the Rope is less than 12, as per the Rope in the room 'GoldenEye' in 'JSW64 MM James Bond').
I think I'm going to take this beyond the theoretical and (when time permits) have a play around in JSWED, in JSW64 mode...
