Now that I think about it, a continuous line of overhead Earth cells in the run up to the Trampoline should do the trick? They would terminate a premature attempt at a Superjump, thus forcing Willy to walk beyond them and launch off the Trampoline.
Perhaps place some Crumbly cells that Willy has to walk over in the run up as well, to make it more tricky to get the timing right! (So he can't just stop one animation-frame short of the Trampoline and bide his time.)
