Danny, you didn't quite trace Willy's steps far enough back, in your description of how Willy ended up in the Rope-Teleport situation which you described in the above post. Are you able to recall how Willy entered 'Fresh air ain't always good 4 U' at the start of the above sequence? (Or do you have a .rzx recording which would provide an answer to that question?)
It is my belief that Willy must have been in 'The Pool Table' on an earlier occasion in the game without being teleported upwards, and that he first entered 'Fresh air ain't always good 4 U' by the standard method of climbing up the rope in 'The Pool Table'. (Which would take us to the start of the sequence of events you described.)
Either that, or you had performed that manoeuvre in an earlier game, and you then started a new game - the one in which the teleportation occurred - without reloading the game file.
