The update of "JSWII" is there all right.
There is a separate category in the main list of games for "Games based on Derrick P. Rowson's game engine for the 48K Spectrum".
It only has one entry: "1. Jet Set Willy II [Derrick P. Rowson, 1985] (Jet Set Willy II+, 2016)".
The entry has a link to an individual web page with information about both the original game and the 2016 update, download links for both versions (including links to game files, RZX walkthroughs and YouTube videos of them) and a complete screenshot gallery of all rooms of both the 1985 original and the 2016 "Jet Set Willy II+" .
Furthermore, on the Links page there is a link to Julian D. A. Wiseman's JSWII pages. It should be noted that the version of "JSWII+" which is discussed and available for download over there is an earlier Version +e.2, while a later Version +e.22 - the definitive one, as I understand - is discussed and available for download on the JSW & MM Community.
