Subject: On the topic of MAKETUNE
Am I right in thinking this format has three
channels of sound? You see, I know that in JSW48 you can
make the music in to one ultralength piece by changing
the dividing byte. I also know that by doing the same
to the terminating byte at the end of the second
piece, you can cause it to play the game data until it
hits an FF byte. What I want to know is, would I be
right thinking that neither of these is possible in
JSW128? If so then that would be a great shame, as I was
hoping to manipulate these features.
If these ARE
impossible, how difficult would it be to create one piece
with MAKETUNE which takes up the space of both tunes,
and plays as both title screen and in game music?
