So both Jester & Tommy owns the rights at the same time?

Matt is probably the best person to answer that! As far as I'm aware Jester only have a licence to use Willy on certain hardware platforms for a certain period. They don't own copyright to any other versions released other than their own (GBA and mobile phone).

So do Jester NOT own the copyright on the Spectrum versions?
Who does then?
