An IPS patch is a file containing all the differences between an
original SMW ROM and your hack, which replicates your hack when
applied to the original ROM. It works a treat, and it means that only
the data you are legally entitled to (i.e. your own level designs,
graphics, etc) are included in the release.
I *really* hope it doesn't come to that though.
