Tunes only work in one location in memory. CHEAT.TUN is assembled to
load at F902, with its three channels at F908, F967 and F9C8. If you
try to use it as the main tune, it will load at F700 but still look
for its channels at F908, F967 and F9C8. They'll be there if you load
a copy of CHEAT.TUN in both slots, but not otherwise.
