For one horrible moment, I thought I had forgotten to set the number
of lives to three! There are no extra lives, of course, because
there's no score in JSW64, and I didn't set the "Bonus room" flag for
any of the caverns.

At least you are guaranteed to start "Central Cavern II" with three
lives - unlike the online Flash MM after the amoebatrons have had
their revenge!

I felt that especially for "Attack of the Mutant Telephones", which I
tweaked by adding an extra platform and a Fire-cell so that you have
to go clockwise rather than anticlockwise.
