I have two additional questions at this point.
1.
According to your previous message, JSWED 1.01 was released on 12 August 1997.
According to your last message, JSW128k 0.01 HL4 was released on 13 Aug 1997 "(probably; from JSWED changelog)."
Seeing how the releases of JSWED and JSW128k hacklevels usually happened at the same time, I have a strong suspicion that it was also the case of JSWED 1.01 and JSW 128k 0.01 HL4.
If this assumption is correct, which release date is more probable for both the new version of JSWED and the new HL: 12 August 1997 or 13 August 1997?
2. Thank you for the information that Hacklevel 8 was introduced, according to the changelog, by jswed-1.08b2 (21 Jul 2000).
This must have been an internal update of yours, as no version of JSWED 1.0x was released after JSWED 1.07, if I understand correctly. Or were there more "public" releases? (by "public" I mean made available on the internet to at least a limited group of people).
I look forward to your thoughts on both questions.
