I suppose it provides a circumstance in which the toilet can be fatal - if a guardian in the room from which you are attempting to teleport happens to occupy the same coordinates as the toilet at the moment when you apply the POKE.  (It wouldn't be an infinite death scenario though - after losing one life, Willy should safely teleport to The Bathroom.)
